Barrhead Judo Judo is an olympic sport and popular martial art, practised by millions of Judokas worldwide, developed from the ancient martial art of Jujitsu in Japan.

Sporting Judo Barrhead is a Judo club based in the Barrhead Foundry. Sporting Judo Barrhead offers classes to all ages, male and female. Judo is great for improving strength, conditioning, flexibility, self defence and discipline. Saturday

Just a reminder that Judo classes won’t be on for the next couple of weeks. This covers the following dates:

We’ll return as normal on Thursday 23rd July.

Hi everyone 👋

We’re now into the final week of judo classes before we break for the festive period. Our last sessions of the year will be on Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon at the usual times. It would be great to see as many of you as possible for these final classes of 2025!

I’ve also heard a rumour that there may be some festive surprises making an appearance… 🤫🍫
