GlasgowHelpingHand is a volunteer-run affordable smart prosthetic club. We are based in School of En Staff can involve in mentoring students.
Helping Hands Club is a new multidisciplinary initiative to unite students of different discipline to work towards realizing affordable smart prostheses by applying the skills which they are learning as a part of their university curriculum. Helping Hands Club aims to make customizable smart prostheses by integrating electronic sensors in it, making smart prostheses affordable to disable people. B

Five Scottish specialists leading the way in 3D printing right now Formula 1, the NHS and BBC amongst clients of Scottish specialists
Last year this time, graphene based energy autonomous e-skin work from University of Glasgow - BEST group got featured in major news media and magazine outlets including The Times, BBC, Forbes, IEEE Spectrum, reuters and many. Such e-skin could find application in prosthesis. More updates of this are in progress.
