𝘼 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖 ✨

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐄
A few weeks back, my social media accounts were hacked into and unfortunately I have lost access to my personal profile. Due to my profile being the one who created the StarStruck page, I was the admin on the page. Now that my personal profile is gone, I have lost access to the business page completely and after weeks of trying, I have come to the conclusion that I will not be able to gain access to the page ever again as I was the only admin. Caitlin seems to be the only person who can access it but even she has been taken off as an admin and moved to editor meaning she only has certain level of control over the page.

This situation has been so difficult and has led me to being forced to leave the old page behind and set up a new page. I feel this is a hard thing for me to do but definitely the right decision as I need to be able to access the page at all times.

I have worked for 4 years to reach a high following of nearly 1.5k followers on the page and I am so devastated that I am having to start from scratch again because of something that is not even a fault of my own, but unfortunately Facebook have no support for things like this and there nothing that can be done other than to start again.

I would really appreciate the support from you all if you can please share the new page for me and help us to reach the high number of followers that we had.

Please share the posts regularly and if you go to the community section, you can select to invite your Facebook friends to like the new page.

The above support would honestly be much appreciated as I don't have the ability to do this sort of thing due to not having a full profile anymore.

I know it will take time to build it up again but with the help and support from the families at StarStruck I am hopeful that the new page will be as successful as the original one.

Our instagram page is still the original one and has not been affected by this. This is only for Facebook.
