21 weeks of hard work and consistency.

When Ozgur came to me he was looking to get in shape for his summer holiday. We started off in weight loss phase photo then moved onto muscle building phase. Shoulders, arms and back looking much fuller, strength has improved massively and most importantly Ozgur now feels much more confident and can't wait to show off his hard work on holiday.

During the 21 weeks Ozgur has had to travel several times for work but has still managed to stay on track making sure he still gets his sessions in and keeping his steps high. If you really want to acheive something you'll make time for it.

I'm super proud of him and can't wait to help continuing to support him with his training after his holiday.

Underhand barbell row 4 x 10
Single arm rows 3 x 15 each arm
Overhand barbell rows 3 x 12
T-bar rows 3 x 12

SUPERSET
➡️Upright rows 3 x 12
➡️Bicep curls 3 x 12

Incline hammer curls 3 x max effort
