Happy Thursday Everybody!

Here’s another from our EFL Teacher Joanna;

Hello! My name’s Joanna and I’m from Glasgow Scotland. I’m currently working for Live Language as an online English teacher so I’m based at home. I teach General English and exam preparation courses such as IELTS and I deliver these course via the platform Zoom. In my free time I love to get out into the countryside for a hillwalk and I also like doing indoor rock-climbing or bouldering. I also love learning languages and travelling- which is why I ended up a teacher of English as a Foreign Language in the first place! It’s a great way to meet people from all over the world and all walks of life 😊

Here’s our next

Hi, I'm Jane and I'm from Aberdeen, Scotland. I am senior teacher at Live Language and have been teaching English there since 2014. I love meeting all of our students from lots of different countries and seeing them improve their English skills every day.

At university, I studied French and Spanish and lived in both of those countries. I also taught English in Zaragoza, Spain for a year after graduating. I love studying new languages and learning about different cultures.

In my free time I love to cook and try new food! I also play the cello and love going to a spin class.
