BrawTechies Robotics 101 Workshop was a fantastic success! 🚗🤖
Our young innovators learned about the different components that make up a robot car and then brought their creations to life through coding. From programming the car to move back and forth across a table, to making it stop precisely at the edge, and even teaching it to respond to green and red colors like a traffic signal, the kids explored robotics and programming through exciting hands-on challenges.
The enthusiasm, curiosity, and problem-solving skills displayed by the participants were truly inspiring. Most importantly, they had an amazing time learning, experimenting, and building confidence in STEM and coding.
A huge thank you to all the students and parents for making the workshop such a memorable experience. We can't wait to see you at our next BrawTechies session! 🚀

🚀 Bringing STEM to Life
We are thrilled to announce that the BrawTechies team will be heading out to host a bespoke STEM workshop for a wonderful home education group facilitated by Claire Rogerson.
This group is known for its vibrant community of families and adventurous outings, and we can't wait to add some high-tech fun to their calendar.
🎮What’s on the agenda?
We’ll be running two specialised sessions tailored to different age groups:
For the Juniors (Ages 7-10):
Diving into the world of micro:bit! Our young coders will learn to "Light It Up" with LED animations and build their very own fast-paced reaction games. It’s all about coding basics and playful experimentation.
For the Seniors (Ages 11-15):
Stepping up to LEGO EV3s! These techies will build and code working robots to conquer obstacle courses and delivery challenges. They’ll be mastering real-world robotics concepts like motor logic and movement.
At BrawTechies, we believe in learning through doing—fostering teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving in every session.
Looking for something different for your group or community?
Whether you are a home education collective, a youth club, or a school group in Glasgow, we bring the tech to you! Our workshops are designed to be mobile, engaging, and educational. Reach out to us today @ https://brawtechies.co.uk
