Classes started back with a BANG, KAPOW and BOOM today for our superhero theme at Catrine! Thanks to everyone that joined us today ❤️ Think my little superhero thinks he is on night patrol tonight because he’s only just gone down to sleep 😭😭😭
Think I’m in for a FUN night lol. If you see a grumpy mummy hulk and mini hulk tomorrow you’ll know why 💁🏻♀️

How cuuuute are these going to look with little fingers or toes on them to make the cape?!
I was busy last night organising and printing these out for our superhero themed classes this week 🦸🏻♂️
Please remember and send me a message if you’re not going to make it to class this week so I can pass your space on to someone else on the list ❤️
Looking forward to catching up with all my little friends 🥰

As it comes to the end of Scottish Breastfeeding week I wanted to share this picture 😂
I believe all families should feed however they choose and whatever way suits them and their family best, and that can be different for everyone! I know that they’ll be scranning the biscuits very soon at my classes anyway 😂
But since it is Scottish Breastfeeding week, I thought it deserved a shout out for our breastfeeding mums 🫶 I breastfed both my boys, still probably in a small minority that continued past the age of 2. Breastfeeding is by no means an easy, straightforward choice. It certainly comes with its challenges! But it can be super magical too 🥰 If you’re a breastfeeding mum, please know that you’re welcome to feed at classes, anytime, anywhere. I’ll even get you a blanket if you fancy a wee lie down feed & nap 😂
If there’s anything I can do to make things easier for you or more comfortable, please just let me know. If you need some support with feeding, let me know and I can signpost you to some different places for support. I’ll always have your back when it comes to feeding your baby ❤️

❤️❤️PAY WHAT YOU CAN BASIS❤️❤️
I AM BACK!! And boy have I missed my wee pals 🥰 I missed you grown ups too…haha!
Cumnock classes are FULL this week and there is ONLY 1 SPACE in Catrine. Please message if you would like to join the waiting list. Spaces do often come up through the week so it is worth putting your name down.
THIS WEEK’S THEME IS:
🦸🏻♂️🕷️ MY LITTLE SUPERHERO 🦇🦸🏼♀️
As it’s Father’s Day this Sunday, I thought we’d make this week’s theme all about our favourite superheroes! We’ll get winding up some webs like Super Spidey. Can you make big loud thuds like the Hulk? We might even have some super secret rescues to complete! Come and join in with us, sing along, dance along, and become a Superhero!
We’ll be doing hand/foot print crafts as well (if you wish) to give to our own favourite superheroes this weekend whoever that may be! 💙❤️
These Pay What You Can classes are designed to support maternal and infant mental health. Grab yourself a free tea/coffee and a biscuits and take some time to chat with others whilst your little one has a play. Then join in with our music session which is planned every week to support the development of your little one with skills like speech and language, motor and cognitive skills and social skills. It helps encourage a special bonding time for you and your little one to focus on each other and make memories 🥰

This week is Volunteers’ Week. My mum and I do voluntary stuff for the classes on a weekly basis as I’ve mentioned before. But I also wanted to thank all of our “unofficial” volunteers. Which is all of YOU! ❤️ Those that help put the mats down, or tidy up at the end of classes. Those that help bring stuff in if they’re early to class. Those that help occupy Caelan when I’m busy. Those that tidy up the cups. Those that spread the word about the classes. Those that like, comment or share posts so that more people can see us. All those little things that you do voluntarily are just as important to me. THANK YOU! ❤️

Thank you so much to Shire Housing Association Limited for the opportunity to share what we do and get awarded some funding. The funding was split equally between all the groups involved. Thank you to Emma (one of our directors) and Mary (my mum and volunteer) for speaking on my behalf. And also to all those that voted ❤️
