At long, long last, here is my piece on Quine and truth, in Philosopher's Imprint. Refereeing was speedy enough but afterwards it languished for perhaps two years. I don't blame them, though. It's an on-line journal that has had trouble with funding etc. Quine's view is Tarskian -- strictly not, what some loose words suggest, deflationist or correspondence-to-fact.
