Nathan and I had a great day volunteering as timekeepers at the ISKA Scottish National Open, hosted by Jack and John .

The event ran smoothly, and we were seriously impressed by the young talent on display — a real credit to the future of Scottish Muay Thai.

A fantastic milestone for grassroots development in the sport here in Scotland

Support Muay Thai in Scotland 💯 Officially Recognised by Thailand’s Ministry of Culture 🙏

In Scotland, Muay Thai is thriving, but unlike karate, judo, taekwondo even Bycycle Polo, it still isn’t recognised by the UK government
www.cashtrak.co.uk

Without official recognition, there’s no VAT exemption or sportscotland funding, so clubs and fighters must self‑fund and rely on community backing

At Keep On Pushing Muay Thai (Glasgow) we’re doing things the right way

We deliver the official Kru Muay Thai Association (KMA) syllabus, recognised by the Thai Ministry of Culture and supported by the Royal Thai Government.

We teach authentic Muay Thai & Muay Boran, preserving history and culture.

We’re campaigning for official recognition in Scotland! but we need your support now to keep the sport accessible.

🐯 Launching This Week Tiger Cadets (Ages 7–13) 🥊

We’re excited to launch our brand-new beginner Cadets programme! 🎉

Since it’s a fresh start, some sessions may be smaller at the beginning. So we’re giving parents a choice:

✅ Option 1: Jump straight into the new Cadets beginner class and start from scratch.
✅ Option 2: Book a FREE taster in our Tigers class (already running with a group), so your child can see what Muay Thai is all about, then start in Cadets this week.

No pressure, just a chance to try it out, have fun, and find the best fit 🐯🥊

Book your free taster and more info here www.keeponpushing.uk
