🌿 Little Adventures, Big Discoveries 🌿
At Primrose City Nursery, we believe some of the most meaningful learning happens beyond the nursery walls. Whether we are visiting the farm, exploring local parks, discovering stories at the library, or simply stopping to look closely at flowers, bugs, puddles and changing seasons, every outing becomes an opportunity for curiosity, conversation and discovery.
Our children absolutely LOVE adventures, and we love seeing the excitement on their faces as they explore the world around them. Outdoor learning encourages children to ask questions, take safe risks, develop confidence and build a real connection with nature and their local community. From climbing hills and splashing in muddy puddles to spotting birds, collecting leaves or visiting different community spaces, every experience helps children learn in a hands-on, meaningful way.
These experiences also support children’s wellbeing as they feel safe, included, respected and nurtured while building friendships, independence and resilience through shared adventures. We place a huge value on giving children real experiences that spark imagination, develop communication and create lasting memories.
There is something truly special about seeing children light up with wonder when they discover something new outdoors.
We are proud to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, investigate, imagine and thrive both indoors and out.

🎉🎉Huge congratulations to the incredible team at Primrose City Nursery for achieving the Gold Standard Millie’s Mark!🎉🎉
This is a truly amazing achievement and a testament to the team’s unwavering commitment to keeping children safe. Millie’s Mark is the gold standard for paediatric first aid in early years settings, awarded only to nurseries that go above and beyond in ensuring all staff are trained, confident, and ready to act swiftly in an emergency.
Achieving this mark means every team member is not only fully trained in paediatric first aid, but also that a culture of safety and preparedness is deeply embedded in the nursery’s daily practice. It’s peace of mind for families, and a proud reflection of how seriously the team takes the wellbeing of every child in their care.
Well done, Primrose City Nursery, your passion, dedication, and high standards truly shine! 👏
