Uddingston Community Centre Improvements

At our May meeting, Brian Leckie gave an update on improvements taking place at Uddingston Community Centre.

Work includes a new fire system, smoke and heat detectors, a defibrillator inside the building, a large screen for events, and planned signage improvements.

The main hall is now estimated to be in use around 33% of the time, with other rooms around 10% and increasing. Fridays are currently quieter.

Looking for a calm, creative space where your little one can explore, create and have fun? We’d love to welcome them along for some crafty, messy fun this June!

🎨 Curious Creators (ages 3–5)
📅 Saturdays | 2–3pm

🖌️ Creative Explorers (ages 5–7)
📅 Sundays | 2–3pm

Each session is packed with hands-on crafts, creative activities, sensory play and plenty of opportunities for little imaginations to shine.

Spaces are limited to keep our groups small, cosy and welcoming, so be sure to book early!
