We are finally ready, are you 🏡❓

After a busy month where we tested over 600 athletes across different Sports Science metrics, we are excited to start accepting applications for our Professional Summer Training Plans✅

The aim is to provide all young athletes with an opportunity to focus on their own physical development in an environment that truly understands what it takes to build confidence and robustness💪😁

Fitness is different for everyone depending on your sporting demands and stage of development, which is why we adopt a data driven approach to provide clear, evidence-based feedback on each athlete’s strengths and key areas for improvement📊

This ensures that they are getting the most out of all their hard work and are prepared to start the new year sharper than ever🚀

The summer months are the perfect window for introducing more variety into the training week. Through our individualised testing profiles, we will be able to monitor progress and prioritise what exercises are going to make the biggest impact🔎

Transformation is possible💭

Strength for football is not simply about how tall you are or big your muscles are…

It’s not just genetic traits that creates physically dominant players. The actions that help players retain possession and create exciting moments are acutely less about intensity and more about co-ordination💨

The reality is that the majority of young athletes are leaking power with each movement. At no amount of ‘desire’ will help them safely manage high forces force if they don’t have the mechanics to support it🧱

Take a weak shower that isn’t flowing at its potential. Regardless of how much you increase the pressure, the outcome won’t improve if you don’t fix the leak💦

And the hardest thing is, leaks are often invisible unless you are a professional who knows where to look…

From watching 1000s of young athletes move throughout my 6 years as an athletic development coach, the most common inefficiencies come from postural control💪

This can be frustrating for young athletes who aren’t able to demonstrate their full ability on a consistent basis as they are constantly fatigued and managing niggling injuries🫣

By improving the body’s ability to maintain balance across different angles/ranges, we can help them approach these moments with confidence as they have the technical understanding of how to absorb contact and remain stable🍃

Whether it’s through a free movement analysis in our specialist small-group gym facility or our data-driven physical performance testing, we can provide your child with the relevant feedback they need to get the most out of their unique frame🚀

Moving Forward with Clarity💥

One of the most valuable aspects of physical testing is that it focuses on individual progression rather than comparison with the group🙌

Every athlete develops at a different rate, so the purpose of the assessment is simply to establish a clear baseline from which we can measure future improvement📈

Progress in young athletes is rarely linear, which is why regular monitoring is so important for staying motivated and on track towards their goals😁

Small improvements over time lead to major long-term gains in performance, so the key is keeping them engaged in the process🛣️

Over the next few days, we will be analysing all the data in depth to build a bespoke physical profile for each athlete. This will help us provide clear, evidence-based feedback on their strengths along with practical recommendations to support their holistic development📊

For those who are ready to commit to a weekly in-season or off-season plan, we can begin to design a specific plan to isolate and overload the key biomechanical details that matter most🔎

For those who are just starting their journey in athletic development, we will continue to provide free exercises and relevant insight to help make Sports Science accessible to more families🤝

Levelling Up📈

In addition to the launch of our second specialist athletic development facility…

I’m delighted to announce that we will be expanding our team to widen our impact across a variety of areas of sports performance🙌

At .coaching , we pride ourselves on being positive role-models for the next generation of passionate young athletes🤝

is fully aligned on our passion for continuous development, embodying the values of discipline and resilience in his own career as a semi-professional athlete📚🏉

As well as supporting on the delivery of our newly launched speed programme, he will be using his lived experiences to help mentor athletes through the transitional teenage years📈

Balancing the increased demands of school and sporting performance can lead to many promising athletes dropping out as they struggle to manage their time and energy⚖️

However, research shows that structured exercise is a vital tool for building emotional control and living a healthy fulfilling life🥇

Through our specific 13+ group, George will be sharing first hand insight on how to balance busy routines and stay consistent with key lifestyle habits to maintain progression and reduce injury risk🧠

Learning how to train safely in the gym and manage recovery provides a strong platform for achieving autonomy and consistency💪
