After a busy month where we tested over 600 athletes across different Sports Science metrics, we are excited to start accepting applications for our Professional Summer Training Plans✅
The aim is to provide all young athletes with an opportunity to focus on their own physical development in an environment that truly understands what it takes to build confidence and robustness💪😁
Fitness is different for everyone depending on your sporting demands and stage of development, which is why we adopt a data driven approach to provide clear, evidence-based feedback on each athlete’s strengths and key areas for improvement📊
This ensures that they are getting the most out of all their hard work and are prepared to start the new year sharper than ever🚀

Moving Forward with Clarity💥
One of the most valuable aspects of physical testing is that it focuses on individual progression rather than comparison with the group🙌
Every athlete develops at a different rate, so the purpose of the assessment is simply to establish a clear baseline from which we can measure future improvement📈
Progress in young athletes is rarely linear, which is why regular monitoring is so important for staying motivated and on track towards their goals😁
Small improvements over time lead to major long-term gains in performance, so the key is keeping them engaged in the process🛣️
Over the next few days, we will be analysing all the data in depth to build a bespoke physical profile for each athlete. This will help us provide clear, evidence-based feedback on their strengths along with practical recommendations to support their holistic development📊
For those who are ready to commit to a weekly in-season or off-season plan, we can begin to design a specific plan to isolate and overload the key biomechanical details that matter most🔎
