GCU Exchange & Study Abroad

Comments

Hi troops,

I would be eternally grateful if any GCU students who have participated in the Erasmus programme could complete a short survey for my dissertation.

Hey guys,
I am a master student at GCU and I am conducting an anonymous research survey that is seeking to find out information related to INTERNATIONAL students choosing to study at GCU. It will take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete an online questionnaire. If you wish to participate please click the link below.

I appreciate your time on this and hope you are able to support.

**DISSERTATION HELP**

To anyone who has been on exchange/is on exchange, can you pretty please fill in this survey as part of my dissertation research?? It's a nice 20 minute procrastination activity and I would be forever grateful :) :) Thank you!

'A World of Options' for you with the Study Abroad & Exchange team at GCU. Like our page to find out

We are now accepting applications for the 2023 South Korea Summer School. Please see below for details.

Programme Dates: June 25th – July 22nd 2023

Programme Costs: roughly 160GBP (250,000 KRW) admin fee, cost of flights and any personal expenditures.

Available Spaces: 3 GCU students covered by a scholarship (i.e. waiving tuition and all the fees related to accommodation, meals, and field trips, which amount to $2,700 dollars in total). Even where receiving a full scholarship, students are still responsible for independently covering the administration fee, airfare and personal expenditures.

Eligibility: Students from any year and any discipline are eligible to apply for this opportunity. Priority will be given to students who meet widening participation criteria.

About Hansung University: Hansung University has an excellent location close to the historic and cultural hub of Capital city, Seoul. Founded in 1945, the University presently serves approximately 6,700 undergraduate students and 840 graduate students enrolled in 4 colleges (College of Arts, College of Engineering, College of Social Science and College of Humanities)

Why South Korea? Korea is the world's 11th largest economy and a modern vibrant nation that still cherishes its traditional culture. Visitors can find beautiful natural scenery and fascinating historical relics in every corner of the country. Local customs and mouth-watering delicacies form part of Korea’s treasured heritage. There is also the unstoppable energy of modern Korea that is deeply rooted in ancient history and that has catapulted the once impoverished country into the exclusive club of wealthy nations within less than 50 years.

Programme Overview: Hansung University International Summer School is designed for students who are interested in learning about Korean culture. HISS School proudly offers to exchange students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn about the rich culture and history from the distinguished members of their faculty. Also on offer are numerous hands-on activities and field trips organized by the experienced Summer School directors and staff. Perhaps the most important thing is a friendship that blossoms among students from all over the world. These bonds are something students cherish for the rest of their lives. Please see Hansung’s dedicated International Summer School webpages for further information on the programme.

To Apply: Please email [email protected] to request a copy of the application form and return this via the same email address; along with your transcript of records.
