**For anyone going into 5th or 6th year after summer**

I am currently offering summer tuition for students who are going to be starting:
- Higher Biology
- Higher Human Biology
- Advanced Higher Biology

This is to give them a bit of a head start, and also works as a way to introduce them to study techniques and methods that help with keeping up with the work load of Highers and Advanced Highers.

I will be running these 1-1 for £20 a session, and these can be as frequent or infrequent as the student likes!

These will run from the 30th of June to the 31st of July.

Summer Tuition with Cassie! 📝🌞

Just to let people know, tutoring doesn't need to stop over summer!

Cassie is offering summer tuition for Nat 5, Higher and Adv Higher Biology in preparation for the following August term.

These lessons can either be weekly or every other week - depending on what the student wants! It's a great way to get a head start on the course in addition to keeping the students mind working over the summer!

These lessons will be starting the first week of July and will continue until school starts.

Meet Cassie!

As my business has been growing exponentially over the past couple of years, I've decided to bring on a second tutor - my long time friend and science lover Cassie.

She has just finished her PhD in biological sciences, and after time spent working in labs, discovered education was her true passion.

Cassie will be offering the following subjects on weekday evenings and weekend mornings:

- Biology (to university level)
- Chemistry (to higher level)
- Maths (to Nat 5 level)

I love this description of Dyslexia! 🧠😁

This is actually one of the main reasons I always encourage students to draw out their ideas using coloured diagrams, flow charts, sketches etc, before writing out boring, long paragraphs. Some students are just far more visual/spacial learners than they first thought. 🖍🎨📖

A "learning difference" is such a fantastic way to describe Dyslexia! 🙌 Yes, there are certain tasks that may be more challenging, but thanks to these challenges, dyslexic individuals tackle problems from a entirely different perspective- stepping outside the box of 'normal' 📦☑. This will alwaye be an asset to you ⭐! Particularly in science, where the greatest minds are coming up with ground breaking new strategies to tackle known, complex problems.🧠🏆🎉

The last of my students to message me with their results... another incredible A in Higher Biology and a fantastic improvement over the past 6 months!! I'm delighted!! 🥳🎉🤩

Now I can say every one my students this year got an A in their final results!! ⭐🙌

I love this feeling as tutor because my students grades are a reflection of my teaching. So not only is this a fabulous personal achievement for every single of my students, who worked so hard this year, but its also the most valuable feedback and compliment on my teaching techniques 📈✅😁👩‍🔬

Congratulations to everyone completing another year of school during a pandemic. This year was tough on students, the information provided was vague and uncertain, and plans were constantly changing! Its time for you all to take a well needed break and be proud of how hard you worked this year 🏆🏅🎓

What an incredible week! I have just found out that three of my students (1 Higher Biology & 2 National 5 Chemistry) achieved A's in their final assessments!!! 🎉🥳🎓🤩 Two of whom were actually on track for C's about 6 months ago! What an incredible turn around over a tricky few months of assessments! 👌🎓

I have also been told that 2 of my 3rd year Nat 5 chemistry students achieved As in their 3rd year assessments, one of them has actually finished the nat 5 chemistry course with me already...a YEAR EARLY! Now she has her entire 4th year to relax and practice past papers for her national 5 exams next year 🏆🥳

I'm so proud of each and every one of you 💕
All the hard graft and endless diagrams I asked you to draw were well worth it! 😂👌
