Good morning gang, well it looks like a nice day , the sun is shining and we're bouncing tonight. ✅

Thinking it's only right to CANCEL classes next MONDAY in respect for Queens funeral. So how do I get people back week after? What would make you come to class?

We've got the fabulous Broadway Boogie on Monday at 7 and Wed at 6.15 with songs from The Greatest Showman, Hairspray, High School Musical - 45mins for your spot on the main stage. Come give it a go.

We're mixing up Wed class soon with Bootcamp, Box n Bounce or Step n Bounce. Bring a buddy and motivate each other.
