Thank you to Visibility Scotland and The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland for giving us the opportunity to support these amazing children and young people further. We love using our skills as Registered Dietitians in a unique way, building positive relationships with food, promoting health and well being and learning life skills along the way. Can’t wait to see what the next 3 years bring!

Visibility Scotland's EyeCan CYP project provides support to vision impaired children and young people up to 25 and their families.

Friday night fun working with some amazing young people and staff . Cooking up healthy balanced meals and teaching such important life skills to encourage adventurous healthy eaters in adulthood. This was the calm before the storm 😂😂

5 years 🥳

Well that was fast! What an amazing journey we have been on with . Still going strong, delivering fun and interactive nutrition and education sessions.

We have worked with so many amazing families and in partnership with some really inspiring charities that have allowed us to deliver sessions to the people that really need them.

Hi guys! Holidays have ARRIVED!!!! What a busy year we have had. Sorry we haven’t been very good at keeping you updated. Life is busy (you know how it is!) 🙈.

We have met and worked with so many amazing people. We would like to thank all of our ‘Food Heroes’ and their amazing families and partners/charities we have worked with to get children and adults more confident with food! It’s been a blast 💥. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas. Let’s see what we can do in 2024 🎄🎅🏼🥰 .

Wow…4 years ago today. How time has flown. What a ride we have had so far! This was our first experience working with a charity and we knew instantly this was the direction of travel for us. Have loved working with some great charities since then. Kay DevlinJenn Clowe

What a lovely surprise it was to see our own Food Heroes faces staring back at us in Dumfries & Galloway Standard newspaper today! This was us with our lovely helpers (thanks to Jenn’s mum and mum in law Audrey for their help) festival last weekend in Dumfries!

If you would like to come and get your kids cooking and learning all about the food they eat and how it keeps them healthy then book in to our Lenzie class on Friday. It’s just lovely seeing their wee faces so engaged and having fun with food whilst learning skills that will last them a lifetime. Off on our travels today with to to deliver the programme . Our largest group yet! A great day delivering a practical and and education session all about good nutrition and eye health. We also had the super delivering movement and mindfulness to all. Thanks for having us!
