Introducing our new pet snails πππ
The children are always very interested in snails in our garden so they are very excited that we now have our own African snail! The children all had the opportunity to have a look at the snails and hold these if they wanted to. The children have even given the snails names naming one Shelly and the other Garry βΊοΈ

Today we made full use of the rain and had lots of fun jumping in muddy puddles in the garden! The children worked together, creating a big muddy puddle, transporting water from the water area, pouring this onto the ground creating even more mud!π¦ the children then used their imagination where they transported crates and other resources, creating an area to climb and jump from into the puddle. The children were working on their turn taking skills when waiting in line whilst their peers took their turns at jumping off into the puddle. The children also developed their gross motor skills and confidence when climbing and jumping and became more confident each time! π

As part of our sustainability project we are looking at the environment and ways we can help those around us.
Our first big involvement with the local community will be helping our local food bank.
If anyone can assist us with donations towards this we would be very grateful.
There will be a container at the front reception area for any donations.
On that note, if anyone requires any additional support please speak to management in confidence.
Thank you
