SAME TUTORS, NEW WORKSHOPS!
We loved our tutor team for 2025 so much that we invited them all back for 2026 and they all said yes!
Ethan & Laura-Beth will be returning to The National Piping Centre from the 28th - 30th August, bringing you wonderful workshops, sessions and concerts with Cahalen Morrison , Pepita Emmerichs and Calum McIlroy.
You'll be able to learn tunes from Scotland, America and beyond, work on technique, song accompaniment, and more.

Calling all mandolin players! There's still time to get your early bird tickets for our third ever Glasgow Mandolin Retreat at The National Piping Centre this summer!
Come and join us for Mandolin workshops, including Bluegrass, Scottish and jazz rep, technique classes, jam sessions and a concert!
We'll start proceedings with a welcome session on the Friday night followed by two full days of workshops and fun on the Saturday and Sunday.

This time of some of the wonderful people who joined us for GMR 2025! We're so grateful to everyone who joined us to make it such a special weekend at The National Piping Centre
Folk travelled from all over Scotland (including Shetland and Orkney!), England, Europe and America this year.
We're working away behind the scenes to confirm dates for 2026, as well as discussing all of your valuable feedback so we can make next year even better.

We finished off our annual Glasgow Mandolin Retreat with a tutor concert where our audience got to see one-off collaborations of mandolin music and song, plus support from the Glasgow Mandolin Band and a mandolin flash mob!
