Pregnancy is filled with appointments, check-ins, screenings, and preparation. But once the baby arrives, the focus shifts almost entirely to the newborn.

Meanwhile, mothers are navigating physical recovery, hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, feeding challenges, relationship shifts, identity changes, and one of the biggest life transitions they will ever experience.

Research tells us that the postpartum period has a significant impact on maternal physical health, mental wellbeing, parent-infant bonding, and long-term family outcomes. Yet many women and birthing people receive very little structured support beyond the first few weeks after birth.

That's why we created 🌻 The Village🌻.

An 8-week postpartum support programme for mothers and birthing people with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months, combining expert-led education, evidence-based support, honest conversations, and something many are desperately missing: community.

Because postpartum care shouldn't end after six weeks.

It should begin there.

✨ If you're craving support, connection, and a space where both you and your baby matter, send me a message with the word VILLAGE.

Not because you're falling apart.
Not because you're struggling.
Not because you can't cope.

Simply because mothers deserve support too.

So much of early motherhood is spent holding everyone else.

Holding your baby through endless feeds.
Holding the household together.
Holding everyone's needs, appointments, routines and expectations.

And somewhere along the way, your own needs quietly slip to the bottom of the list.

But motherhood was never meant to be carried alone.

We all talk about the village, yet so many mothers find themselves navigating postpartum in isolation, desperately trying to figure it all out while wondering if everyone else is coping better than they are.

They're not.

Most of us are craving the same thing: connection, understanding, reassurance, and a place where we don't have to pretend we've got it all together.

If you are ready to be held... To be the villager...

Comment 🌻 VILLAGE 🌻 and I will send you more info ❤️

Everyone talks about the village -
The people who bring meals;
The people who listen without judgment;
The people who remind you that you're doing better than you think;
The people who share wisdom, support, and practical help when everything feels overwhelming....

Yet so many mothers find themselves navigating the fourth trimester alone - without those people......

After birth, the appointments become less frequent. The messages slow down. Partners return to work. Family members go home. And suddenly you're expected to recover, care for a tiny human, process a huge life transition, and somehow know exactly what you're doing.

Motherhood was never meant to happen in isolation.

That's why we created🌻 THE VILLAGE. 🌻

An 8-week postpartum support space for mothers with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months - a place where you can be held, supported, informed, and connected with other women walking a similar path.

Alongside our weekly gatherings, you'll hear from trusted specialists covering topics such as pelvic health, baby sleep, maternal mental health, infant development, and more.

But more importantly, you'll find something many mothers are missing:

Community.

Because sometimes what you need most isn't another piece of advice.

It's someone sitting beside you saying, "Me too."

If you've been craving connection, support, and a place to belong in this season of motherhood, I'd love to welcome you.

Quick pregnancy PSA ‼️… Your birth ball might be the wrong size 👀

One of the simplest ways to check ?

👉 Your hips should sit slightly higher than your knees.

If your knees are up by your ears and your pelvis is tucked under, the ball is probably:
✨ under-inflated
✨ too small
✨ or both

Why does it matter?

Research and maternity guidance suggest that a more upright position with hips slightly higher than knees can:
✔️ encourage better posture
✔️ reduce pressure through the lower back and pelvis
✔️ allow the pelvis to move more freely
✔️ support mobility and comfort in pregnancy
✔️ upright, forward-leaning positions may help encourage baby to move nicely into the pelvis

Sometimes all you need is a little extra air…
and sometimes you genuinely need a bigger ball for your body ✨

Tiny adjustment. BIG difference.

Happy bouncing 🤰✨

A marathon is often seen as one of the greatest tests of both physical and mental resilience. 💪

People spend months preparing - building endurance, strengthening their mindset, learning how to pace themselves, and figuring out what support and tools will help them along the way.

Can you think of another life event where all of those things matter too?

Birth. 🤍

Birth asks so much from us, both physically and emotionally. It’s endurance, surrender, adaptability, trust, and working with your body through intensity you may have never experienced before.

And yet so many people are told to “just go with the flow” when it comes to birth preparation.

But if you knew you were going to run 42km in a few months… would you really go in with no preparation, no understanding of what to expect, and no support beside you?

Preparing for birth isn’t about controlling every outcome.
It’s about feeling informed, supported, grounded, and more connected to yourself as you move through one of the most transformative experiences of your life. ✨

If you’re looking for a birth preparation course that combines practical antenatal education with hypnobirthing tools, honest conversations, partner preparation, and real support - I’d love to welcome you into one of my courses 🤍

A space to ask questions, build confidence, and prepare for birth in a way that feels calm, empowering, and genuinely supportive. DM me or comment , ✨ BIRTH ✨ for upcoming dates or more info

No pregnancy, birth or parenting gadget will ever be as useful as ✨Intuition✨

Yes things and gadgets can make our life a bit more comfortable...

BUT if we are questioning ourselves every step of the way through pregnancy, looking for external validation for every decision that we make, doubt ourselves every time we feed/hold/dress our baby, we are birthing and parenting in fear.

That fear wears as down, anxiety takes over and all of a sudden we are lost in it all (although surrounded by newest tech) feeling alone and confused about how we got here...

Start to listen to your own inner guidance instead of seeking someone else's experience. Because your mum's, your midwives, your friends or neighbors experience is not your own!!! What was right for them might not be right for you.

Start acknowledging that you are the expert of your own body and baby and your voice matters! Because that's the only way that we can feel confident with our birth and parenting experience ❤️

Take small steps daily to check in with your body, it's needs and your own feelings. That's how we nurture our intuition to become loud enough for us to hear and trust it's guidance❤️

And that is my goal for every client that I work with - to build their confidence, their trust in themselves and find their inner compass that makes life so much easier ❤️

If you would like to learn more about how I can support you - DM me or comment ✨ Support ✨ and I will send you more info!
