🚲✨ And we are off…! ✨🚲

Our first Tykes on Bikes session is done, and what a brilliant start it was! The kids were amazing — lots of smiles, confidence building, and plenty of fun along the way.

We had Gruffalos chasing riders, tunnels to ride through, cones to squish, and even some new bike tricks being learned! It was fantastic to see everyone getting stuck in and enjoying themselves.

A huge thank you to all the families for the support — we’re so grateful and really excited for the weeks ahead. The little riders all did absolutely amazing today!

Yesterday at playgroup the children had a wonderful time developing their fine motor skills through hands on exploration. Using scissors they carefully chopped a variety of vegetables and herbs, discovering what was hidden inside.

We then headed out for a nature walk where the children created their very own nature bracelets. Using sticky bands around their wrists, they searched for natural treasures to attach leaves, petals, grasses and other interesting finds.
While exploring, the children also took part in a colour treasure hunt, spotting as many colours as they could in nature. This helped develop observation skills, colour recognition, and early vocabulary, all while encouraging teamwork and communication.

A lovely day of exploration, discovery, and learning through play! 🍃
