Wellbeing Workshop - STOP PUTTING IT OFF! Workshop in Overcoming Procrastination. Thursday 13th October 12 noon - 1.30pm.
This workshop aims to help you uncover the reasons why you keep putting that ESSAY, PRESENTATION or COURSE WORK off. We will then explore a wide range of practical strategies which will help you to work more effectively, lower your stress levers and ultimately GET THINGS DONE!!

Wellbeing Workshop - Finding your voice. Confidence in Presentations.
