Special free circle for International Women’s Day! WOMANity Project

On this event you’ll learn practical self-defence movements and heart-based exercises to feel empowered and balanced as a whole.
I partnered up with a long-time friend and teacher Oana Stan, a Martial Arts practitioner and an example of a woman warrior with an open heart. What’s most exciting is that sifu Oana’s ancient Martial Art was developed by a woman: Chinese Nun Ning Mui. Both of us share a mission to empower and support women and created this event as part of the international women’s day.
Participation is based on donations which you can bring on the day.
You just need to bring comfortable clothes. WOMANity Project

On Women Circles and the cycles of Nature:

The New Moon is a time to dream your life or parts of you anew. Feel how you want this ‘new’ to feel.

Write a thank you letter to it as if you are living it because it is within you already.

Create an altar for this ‘new’ and welcome the nourishment of the dark where seeds transform.

This is a glimpse of what we do in our women circles. Together we grow in the invisible embrace of sistership.

On sisterhood and the women circles!

"Sisterhood is the phenomenon that occurs when women quit seeing each other as mirrors, or reflections of themselves, and start seeing each other as one-of-a-kind works of art.

Sisterhood happens when women view each other as deep wells of support and inspiration—as teammates—instead of competitors.

Sisterhood happens between women who are secure enough to stop being afraid of each other; who do not feel that another woman’s different life choices are a judgment of her own choices.

Sisterhood happens when we become curious instead of defensive about our differences.

Sisterhood does not require the same beliefs or thoughts or political parties or churches. Peace is not about becoming the same; it’s about becoming okay with being different.

There is so much untapped power in sisterhood."
