We’re looking for a passionate and nurturing Nursery Cook to join our fantastic Indigo team! 💜

You’ll prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks, cater for dietary requirements, maintain high food hygiene standards and work closely with our Early Years team.

🎉 Indi Youth Inspection Report 🎉

We are incredibly proud to share the findings from our recent inspection of Indi Youth, which recognised the strong relationships at the heart of our service and the importance we place on listening to and respecting the voices of our young people. 💛

Our young people told inspectors that being recognised as “young people” reflects their identity, dignity and stage of life. We are proud that their views, experiences and ambitions were heard and valued throughout the inspection. 🗣️✨

Steph Grant, Head of School Aged Services, said:

“We are incredibly proud of this report and what it says about our service. What stands out most is the recognition of the relationships that underpin everything we do and the acknowledgement of the voices of our young people. Their views, experiences and ambitions shape our service every day, and it is wonderful to see that recognised.”

The report also highlighted the unique nature of our service and our commitment to creating an environment where young people feel valued, respected and empowered.
