In 2019, I donated bone marrow, and I’ve seen first-hand how life-changing it can be for someone with blood cancer. This September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month, and I’m raising funds for Anthony Nolan, who work every day to give people a second chance at life. 🙌

A little background story for new people😍
Anthony Nolan is a UK charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders by matching them with stem cell donors. They run a stem cell register, fund groundbreaking research, and provide support to patients and families throughout their transplant journey. Once they find a match, they literally wipe clean then marrow ( where blood cells are and replace with that of a healthy, matching donor, and pretty restart).
My connection to Anthony Nolan is deeply personal, as I donated bone marrow in 2019, giving someone with leukemia not just a second chance at life but one with better quality. This experience has made the charity especially meaningful to me, and with September being Blood Cancer Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time for a charity event to raise awareness and support their vital work.
