🌿 Mindful Mornings 🌿
Mindful Mornings is a monthly, in-person group for adults, created as a calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect, and reset your nervous system.
There’s no pressure to talk, no fixing, and no expectations — just time to arrive as you are ☕
We focus on gentle practices like grounding, reflection, and shared connection, designed with neurodivergent brains in mind.
✨ No diagnosis required
✨ Self-diagnosis is valid
✨ Open to adults (18+)
✨ A supportive, low-demand environment
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply craving a softer start to your day, Mindful Mornings offers a pause from the noise — and a chance to feel a little more settled before the day begins.
📅 Upcoming dates are planned and can be viewed via the link in our bio

Merry Christmas 🎄
A little reminder for my ADHD folk: it’s okay if today feels messy, overstimulating, emotional, or not very festive at all 🤍
You’re allowed to rest, step away, say no, and do Christmas in a way that works for your brain.
Be gentle with yourself ✨

🌞 ADHD & Hot Weather: It’s Not Just the Heat! 🌞
If you’re feeling extra frazzled, irritable, or totally out of sync in this heat—you are not alone, and you’re not imagining it. For many ADHD brains, hot weather can seriously mess with our regulation.
🧠 Why? Because temperature changes can:
Disrupt sleep (hello, tossing and turning all night)
Drain your energy faster than usual
Make sensory sensitivities feel way more intense
Knock your routine off track (which ADHD brains often rely on to function)
💡 Some gentle reminders: ✨ Hydrate more than you think you need ✨ Keep snacks nearby—blood sugar dips hit harder in heat ✨ Give yourself permission to do less ✨ Use cooling aids like fans, sprays, or even frozen flannels ✨ If everything feels harder: it’s not laziness, it’s biology
Be kind to your nervous system. You’re still doing your best—even if that “best” looks different right now. 💛
