Rince Tots 💙💛

A little snippet of our Friday mornings over the last few weeks! Lots of fun with our littlest jiggers! 🥰

🎉 Our classes follow a consistent structure but it is so important to us that the music, skills and activities vary each week to keep every class fresh and exciting. Age-appropriate songs and fun games keep little ones engaged as they learn new skills and the fundamentals of Irish dance!

☘️ Our Rince Tots classes are a fun introduction to Irish dancing and music, suitable for little ones who are walking up to school age. We meet on Fridays 9.45-10.30am at Babes in the Wood Community Hall, Bishopbriggs!

Congratulations to our 9 dancers who participated in the Hong Kong Digital Feis a few months ago! 🤩🎉

We had a little prize giving at class last night to celebrate their great results! 🥰

We had such a lovely afternoon on Saturday watching Lord of the Dance at the Royal Concert Hall! ☘️

The talented cast were phenomenal as always and all 39 of us left feeling inspired! I especially loved the little comments from the wee ones when they realised that we also do the "fairy flute dance" and the "arms in a big line thing" in our displays or when they recognised some of the music! 🥹🥰

Always great to spend time with our dancers and their families outside of class or a feis. Thank you to everyone that has helped us with our fundraising efforts this year, making school trips like this possible. 💙💛

☀️☘️ SUMMER PRIZE DRAW! ☘️☀️

Thank you to everyone that took part! We raised £266 for our fundraising pot to support our wonderful dancers. We’ll invest in new materials to keep our classes fun and engaging, provide the dancers with new uniform, and help with the cost of competitions and school trips throughout the year 🥰

Any of the above sound familiar?! Well we offer classes in Bishopbriggs for all ages and abilities. We would love for you to join our dance family! 🥰

Our classes are a great way to keep fit (and improve flexibility, balance and coordination), and connect with new people - we are a lovely bunch! We offer opportunities to participate in displays and competitions, or you’re very welcome to just dance for fun.

Still some numbers up for grabs so get in touch before Friday if you’d like to be in with a shout of winning some of these amazing prizes! Our lucky winners will be announced this weekend 🎉

Let us know via social media message, email or at class on Fri how many numbers you would like. Just a reminder that it is £2 a go, numbers 1 to 200 will be assigned at random, and money can be transferred over to the school account or cash handed into class ☺️

💛 We are conscious that not everyone is at class over the summer (and our lovely followers and dance friends may like to join in too) so we won’t be selling physical raffle tickets. We will be using a random number generator to pick the lucky prize winners in August so all you need to do is let us know how many numbers you’d like - it is £2 a number 😊

💙 To avoid a lot of back and forth asking what particular numbers are still available, we will pop your name against a random number(s) between 1-200.

Good luck to our dancers (pupils and teachers!) heading back to school tomorrow! Hope you have a great first day back and it’s not too much of a shock to the system!

Will be thinking of our little ones heading into P1 - we can’t wait to hear all about your very first day at class tomorrow night!

We have some spaces in our toddler Irish dancing class, Rince Tots! ☘️

Some of our little ones are heading to school and moving up to our children’s class in Aug 🥹 We would love to welcome some new faces at Rince Tots! Our grown-up and me classes on a Friday morning are a perfect introduction to Irish dancing with lots of movement, music and play! 💙💛

The girls had such a laugh sticking these velcro stars all over our poor leprechaun mascot! It was such a productive night and the girls did so well working on their dances but silly moments like these at the end of class are what it’s all about 🥰
