Today we celebrated a very special milestone β Graduation Day! πβ¨
We are so incredibly proud of all of our graduates and everything they have achieved during their time with us. Watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, build friendships, and create so many wonderful memories has been a privilege.
As they prepare for their next adventure, we wish them all the happiness and success in the world. Keep reaching for the stars β we know you will do amazing things! π

Our Dragonflies have been busy little chefs making their very own smoothies! ππ₯€π
The children explored different fruits, helped prepare the ingredients, and watched excitedly as everything blended together to create delicious healthy smoothies. There were lots of opportunities for tasting, smelling, pouring and mixing along the way ππ«
This fun cooking experience encouraged independence, communication, turn taking and healthy eating while giving the children the chance to explore new flavours and textures β€οΈ

Our Grasshoppers have been busy exploring lots of exciting hands-on experiences this week! π¦β¨
The children enjoyed making colourful pasta chains, splashing in sensory water play with loose parts, and carefully balancing animals along tightropes to build concentration and coordination πππ§
There was also lots of messy shaving foam fun and creative colour mixing, where the children explored what happens when colours blend together π¨π«§
These engaging experiences encourage creativity, problem solving, fine motor skills and imaginative thinking - all while having lots of fun together π

Our Butterflies have been getting creative with paintingβ¦ with a fun twist! π¦π¨π₯¦
The children explored mark making and printing using different vegetables, discovering all the exciting shapes, patterns and textures they could create. From rolling and stamping to dabbing and swirling, everyone loved experimenting in their own unique way β¨
These hands-on creative experiences help support curiosity, imagination, fine motor skills and self-expression - all while having lots of messy fun! π

Our Ladybirds have been busy little learners, exploring the world through lots of exciting hands-on experiences! πβ¨
From caring for baby dolls in roleplay, colour matching and sorting fun, and investigating balls and pipes through schematic play, to building gross motor skills with balloons and balance bikes π²π
The children have also loved mark making on chalk boards using water and paint brushes, getting messy with shaving foam sensory play, scoops and loose parts, enjoying creative painting experiences, and snuggling up for lots of stories and reading time ππ¨
Every experience supports curiosity, confidence, creativity and independence while having LOTS of fun along the way β€οΈ

Our Caterpillars have been enjoying lots of fun and engaging learning experiences recently ππ
The children explored a variety of sensory play experiences, discovering different textures, sounds, and materials while developing their curiosity and confidence β¨ They also enjoyed getting creative through imaginative and creative play, using their ideas and self-expression in many different ways π¨
Using loose parts encouraged the children to explore, build, and problem-solve independently, while the tents created cosy spaces for imaginative adventures, role play, and quiet moments with friends βΊπΏ
These exciting experiences help support communication, creativity, sensory development, and social skills through play-based learning every day π

Our Dragonflies recently had lots of fun taking part in a colourful water balloon experience π¦π
The children enjoyed throwing coloured water balloons and aiming for the matching colours, helping to develop their colour recognition skills in a fun and exciting way π―β¨
This exciting outdoor experience also supported the childrenβs gross motor development as they practised throwing, aiming, balancing, and coordinating their movements while staying active and engaged πββοΈπ
There were lots of smiles, laughter, and learning as the children explored colours through play and movement π

Our Grasshoppers have been making the most of their outdoor experiences and exciting adventures πΏβ¨
The children loved their visit to Pets at Home, where they explored the different animals and learned more about how to care for them π°π Back at nursery, they have been busy enjoying our outdoor garden area, exploring the mud kitchen, climbing, jumping, and taking part in exciting assault courses πββοΈπ±
The children also enjoyed building their own houses and dens together, encouraging teamwork, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills π‘π

By looking at their surroundings in different colours, the children have been developing their curiosity, observation skills, and understanding of the world around them. They loved discovering how colours can change what we see and enjoyed talking about the different shades and patterns they noticed β¨
