Hope you’re all well ☺
We are excited to be bringing Face to Face sessions back to Merry-Go-Round Glasgow in September!

Our Move & Massage sessions provide a safe, stimulating and calming space for you and your little one(s) to spend quality time together whilst supporting babies and childrens natural development.

Our Move & Massage sessions are carefully designed at a pace to help you and your child(ren) relax and feel more confident and grounded. Sessions include:
🌟movement with songs and simple yoga stretches
🌟gentle breathing and mindfulness techniques
🌟story massage to positively affect infant hormones that control stress
🌟visualisation/relaxation

Using shapes can help us bring focus to the breath. Use your finger to S L O W L Y trace round the triangle. Inhale, hold the breath, exhale, repeat. 🙌

Conciously taking a deep breath is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. When you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body.
