What a great launch to The Changing Rooms on Queen's Park recreation ground. It's been a rush to open up in time for the summer but we made it.

We want residents to benefit from the space, so we are now busy writing our letting policy and creating a booking system.

Lockable cages for sports equipment avaliable to hire at The Changing Rooms. Come along on the afternoon of Saturday 30 May, when we open to the public to put your name on the list.

Prices and availability given first to the those who view the space on Saturday.

Getting there. Come down this Saturday afternoon, when the site will be open to the public from 1-5pm.

At 2pm we will be sharing the story about about how The Changing Rooms came about. Come down for some food, drink, music and a sneeky peek inside.

The landscaping in front of the kiosk at the Changing Rooms is nearly complete. Anyone who wants to express interest in the lease for the kiosk should get in contact with South Seeds.

Reusing logs from a felled tree and savlaged bricks on site at the Changing Rooms to create a wildlife haven and a soak away.

Come along to the opening this Saturday afternoon to see how we have reused materials from the transformation across the site.

The Bothy and the Changing Rooms – two new Southside community spaces open — Greater Govanhill Two new community spaces are opening their doors in Glasgow's Southside this month, with South Seeds unveiling The Changing Rooms at Queen's Park and The Hidden Gardens launching The Bothy, a nature-inspired workspace for creatives and freelancers.
