Hi mummies 👋

I know it's been a while since the last post and update!

This past year has been super busy, all my days have been booked up and as many of you know I have also opened up a new business - a café in Finneston. So a very busy year it's been!

I have some October week deals which will be posted shortly but for now here are some snippets of this past year!

A fun two days with Niall...✏️📃➕️➖️🖍🧙‍♀️🪄

Nialls favourite animal is the Koala Bear 🇦🇺 so we deicided to make our very own Koala Bear fact book 🐨.
Niall concentrated very well and remembered to use finger gaps between words. As we progressed through our fact book, Nialls writing continued to improve with lots of practice. We learnt amazing facts about Koalas by searching online 💻.

We also made a Harry Potter word search as again this was a topic of interest for Niall. We focused on how to write our capital letters correctly - ensuring the capital letters were the appropriate size and scribed the correct way.
Niall focused for a long period of time with encouragement throughout our session. We had lots of fun talking about Harry Potter and brainstorming keywords to use in the word search. Following this experience Niall created his very own sketch of Harry Potter using a range of arts and crafts.

Niall enjoyed creating tricky additional sums for me solve before he took a turn. This gave Niall the excitement to take his own turn after me and was ready for a new challenging sum each time.

Well done Niall for your amazing hard work 👏🏅

Minibeast world tuff tray set up yesterday at Flowers of Jannah 🌸 (Lanarkshire Muslim Welfare society)

We first went on a walk to collect grass, flowers, leaves, stones, sticks and bark to create our fun tray. We ticked each item off our checklist ✅️

We used tweezers to promote fine motor skills and used magnifying glasses to get a good look at all the little minibeasts!
