Now the water has warmed up we are out and about completing AIDA 2 courses and also offering AIDA 1 for those who don't like chlorine and want to get straight into open water :)

We have limited spots in Loch Long this coming week. June 20th, June 21st, June 22nd and June 23rd

Some great news. This week we got our #liverpool #wavertree #freediving pool back :-) This was a key evening in our calendar and one of the places we ran our big International events. (It closed for renovation) For those who remember the 'Great Northern' competition was held annually at this event hosting the UK Championships between 2010 and 2015 with other venues being used for years after that for Internationals and record attempts. It was actually emotional (positive) going back and diving again there with some of our athletes training for the upcoming #AIDA World Championships and next UK competitions.
