Although the project has been discontinued for the time being, today we have dropped a few things in the centre for you.

- A few packs of vegetable seeds to sow.
- Comic book and cookbook made with the contributions of the community during 2021.

Everything is available in our centre in the upper floor. Feel free to come any time and help yourself.

As we are approaching the end of our current project, there are reasons for celebration. We want to thank those who have given us their continued support to build and maintain the growing spaces at Woodfarm Education Centre.

With great effort, we have managed to turn what was a derelict ground into a well established growing space that will serve our community greatly.

This Saturday Woodfarm Education Centre is hosting a celebratory open day form 2pm - 4pm to mark the completion of renovations to the centre!
The Green Guardians team will be there as well, with stalls from our Tool Library, Swap Shop, and an exciting workshop on Tool Sharpening! This is a FREE event, with refreshments included and we would love to see you there!

Our next Walking Group Mindfulness session is coming up on the 22nd of February! In January we had a wonderful session with Lou who talked and walked us through being grounded in our senses and staying in the present moment. This will be our final session with Lou and our second last Walking Group session so we would love to see you there! - Tickets are limited so please book via Eventbrite to ensure a space!

Hi everyone!
We have an exciting free family day out planned for this Saturday the 12th of February.

As part of our sustainable travel days, we will be going by public transport to the exciting Riverside Museum. Packed with over 3000 travel related objects from skateboards to vintage cars. This will be a fun day out for everyone and we’ll learn a bit about using more sustainable modes of transport around Glasgow.

The whole trip is free!! Including transport, snacks, and a drink, you will need to pay a £10 deposit per family to attend but this will be refunded to you on the day.
