Our Gyrotonic Studio has now been open for 18 months. As a way of thanking our past and present clients for their support and to celebrate this occasion, we are holding an open day on Sunday 26th February 2023 between 2.00pm -5.00pm. We would love it if you would come and join us for a glass of bubbly and some nibbles!

If you have family and friends who would like to know about the Gyrotonic System, please pass on the date and time (or bring them with you!) so they can try out the unique Gyrotonic equipment and experience the movement system first hand. Our friendly team of instructors will be on hand to guide them through this process and answer any questions.

We look forward to celebrating with you and your friends and family on Sunday 26th February between 2.00pm - 5.00pm.

Today was our last ballet class of the session!😥 Thank you to everyone for your continued support over the last year, ( well really over the last 18 years!🙄) either on Zoom and finally back at the Studio!
