As per, yet another quality session of Krav on Wed. Striking, multiple opponents, release from bear hugs...it's Krav heaven up in here!

Another action packed, fun filled, explosive session of Krav Maga is nearly upon us...if you want in on the action, you know what you have to do..

Get to the Arc in just over an hour!!!

8pm Start - Arc - Caledonian University

Enjoyed training tonight. New guys only been to a few sessions but the up take and assimilation of the techniques as usual has been very fast. Remember that turning defence into attack as quickly as possible will be critical to your chances of success, this is re-enforced in every technique that we teach

Training on in just over an hour. If you're looking for a good work out and to learn practical and effective self defence then get down to the Arc at Caledonian University. 8pm start

Training:

Great to see everyone at training last night, some new faces and some old ones to, you are all very welcome along, and I hope you enjoyed the class

We did a bit of everything last night, focusing on the basics of Krav Maga and self defence

We will be running the class as a pay-as-you train basis to see how it goes, the prices are as follows:

Students £5
Adults £7

If you wish to pay for the month the price is £20 for students and £25 for adults

IMPORTANT

The class will be running tonight at the Arc from 8pm. All beginners are free, though there is a 50p for use of the gym payable at the reception
