Todays Emergency First Aid at Work course saw people from all different areas of work coming together to learn how to save a life. Amongst them were Glasgow's Golden Generations Print Clan CIC and Impact Arts.

Nearly 55% of UK adults say they would feel reluctant to use a defibrillator because they don't think they have the knowledge or skills needed.*

The reality is that defibrillators are designed to be simple and user-friendly. They provide clear instructions, and a 999 call handler can guide you through the process too.

Because early defibrillation can significantly improve the chances of surviving a cardiac arrest, it's vital that more people feel confident stepping forward to use one.
