This LGBT+ History Month we want to highlight some fantastic resources you can use to make your setting more inclusive.

LGBT Youth Scotland's 2022 report found that 70% of partipants reported homophobia and transphobia had a negative effect on their educational experience. It is clear that there is more work to be done. (https://lgbtyouth.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/lis-education-report-2023.pdf)

lgbteducation.scot, managed by TIE (https://tie.scot), hosts a brilliant range of resources to support you in delivering LGBT inclusive education. You will find free national CPD, the current national guidance, and more.

You can also find more resources on Signposts, try searching LGBT! https://www.signpostsglobalcitizenship.org/resources
