Return of the Black and Gold Reporter!

The incumbent GURFC committee are happy to confirm the resurrection of the Black and Gold Reporter for the 2023/24 academic year!

Our goal for this FREE newsletter is to give as many alumni and club affiliates a quick and easy way to stay updated on all things GURFC. The report will provide monthly match summaries for three active BUCS teams as well as development squad (in partnership with Hillhead RFC), updates on respective league position for each team, upcoming events and key dates within the club and importantly a highlight on one of our sponsors each month.

The University of Glasgow Men’s Rugby Club has 4 competitive playing teams, 3 who play in BUCS leagues and 1 who play in partnership with Hillhead Jordanhill RFC in Scottish Rugby’s West Regional Reserve League Division 2. Glasgow men’s rugby has an exciting opportunity to join the coaching team for 23/24 season.

The club currently has 3 BUCS teams and 1 Saturday team providing rugby for over 150 players.
