Growth rarely happens in comfort.
Over the years, we have intentionally placed ourselves in rooms where we weren’t the most knowledgeable person. We’ve sat at tables where we had to ask questions, challenge our understanding, and sometimes admit we didn’t know the answer.
We’ve learned that asking “Why?” and “What does that mean?” is not a weakness it’s one of the greatest strengths a leader can have.
The beauty, spa, and wellness industry is constantly evolving. New technologies emerge, consumer behaviours shift, regulations change, and expectations grow. If you want to stay relevant, you must stay curious.
The most successful professionals aren’t those who know everything. They’re the ones who remain open to learning from those who know more than they do.
Having access to people with greater knowledge, experience, or expertise is a blessing, not a threat. It is an opportunity to grow, expand your thinking, and elevate your standards.
Never be afraid to be the least experienced person in the room. That’s often where the greatest growth begins.
