Aeroblast 7-7.30pm
Bounce fitness 7.30-8pm
Tone it all up 8-8.30pm

One class : £6.50
Two classes: £8
Three classes: £9

- THURSDAY
Bounce fitness 7.30-8.15pm
Bounce: £8

All classes have options so are suitable for all fitness levels and all mats and equipment supposed

🌟Class descriptions:
- Aeroblast : aerobics to fabulous music with options to do low or high intensity
- Bounce fitness : exercise on a personal mini trampoline in the dark with disco lights and energising music
- Tone it all up : toning class with optional weights and bands to tone all areas
