CCG (Scotland) is delighted to confirm that we secured a triple-crown at last night’s excellent scottishhomeawards , winning the inaugural Affordable Housebuilder of the Year award, Excellence in Sustainability for the THIRD consecutive year, and Housing Regeneration Development of the Year, with the latter awarded to the Housing Association of the Year winner, Caledonia Housing Association for Bellsmyre Regeneration - a project delivered in partnership with .

Swiftly following a prestigious RIAS award win earlier this month, we are also delighted to confirm Southside Housing Association 🏡 and jmarchitects also won the Social Housing Development of the Year Over 100 Units award for St Andrews Drive Phase 2 & 3, and CCG Homes received a Starter Home of the Year commendation for West Shore!

Seeking tradespeople with transport to support the planned maintenance of occupied homes in Dumfries, Kilmarnock, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

World Cup fever has gripped the nation, but this week we have been getting stuck into more LEGO brick challenges, this time with Drummond HS in Edinburgh. S2 pupils were tasked with a tower building challenge, which formed part of an interactive session designed to raise awareness of careers available in the Scottish construction industry.

The Drummond HS visit forms part of a range of community-based initiatives that will be undertaken during the construction of Powderhall in Canonmills,  a new multi-generational Passivhaus development for The City of Edinburgh Council comprising 27 amenity flats and a 128-place early years centre.

Community investment and volunteering, six jobs, one trade apprenticeship, and thirteen work placements will also be delivered, with the development set for completion in 2027.
