15kg of muscle in 2 years - what an achievement, but it wasn't easy.

In the last 12 months I went from being the coach to being coached and there's 3 main reasons I chose to work with Ben:

1. Relatability - Ben's also a fitness business owner, managing a community so I knew he'd understand the obstacles I faced.

2. Proof - If you look at a coaches profile and can see they consistently deliver results? Choose that over a cheaper option with no evidence of success.

I remember Stephen and Jane's first call, before the wedding, even before the engagement.

18 months ago we had a 3-way call whilst they were on holiday and we clicked instantly.

At that time they wanted structure, support and accountability, now they're feeling the fittest and most in-control than they've ever been.

There's been ups and downs, injuries to navigate, times when they weren't motivated because progress was slow but when you keep showing up each week it's not a matter of IF you'll get there but WHEN.

It's bittersweet you have that £400 bill for the wedding dress alterations Jane, but I'm sure it'll be worth every penny when you see your photos and remember how you felt on the day 💚

These 2 are true champions and it's been so rewarding to see them take on this journey together the last 18 months 🤗

It's moments like this I remember we're more than a gym, more than a fitness programme and more than a group of people who train together.

Building this community is the biggest achievement of my career and would you believe, this is only a third of our number 🤗

Valerie has reached her peak in her prime 🙌🏼

Most women we speak to in their 50's are getting their asses kicked by menopause, don't know where to start with strength training and just want to feel confident, capable and empowered again.

For us Valerie is the role model showing what's possible once you get the right support.

Peak physique, peak fitness, peak performance. From a complete beginner 2 years ago, she's went on to achieve it all and we could not be more proud of her!

One week until our 2026 Summer Ball and we can't wait to be back at Maggie's after an amazing night last year 🙌🏼🤠

Looking at the pictures from last year has made my realise how many people we've helped in the last 12 months.

In that time, our community has over doubled and so has our team of coaches and session times...

When this photo was taken we were only known as the go-to PT gym in Cambuslang for results and now we're known for so much more which we're incredibly proud of!

So...

We're all really looking forward to spending a night with our clients, getting the chance to connect, create excitement for the next push in the programme and celebrate all the successes so far 🙌🏼
