I used to have a fair bit of debt in various forms but thankfully I was able to pay it all off and start building some wealth.⠀

How I 'Lost' $10K On My First Business

My first venture into entrepreneurship did not pan out as I hoped.

I lost circa $10K however I don't view it as money wasted as I learned an incredible amount & lots of new skills.

I've been able to use this experience and apply my new skills to other business ventures, so the money has not been wasted at all!

Along with that, circa 90% of Start Ups fail within the first year so I am in good company.

Entrepreneur vs Employee

There are many differences between being an Entrepreneur and being an employee.

Starting your own business, if successful, allows you the freedom to choose how you spend your time, being an employee means the majority of your time is dictated to you by a company or boss.

Everyone's different but for me, working 9 - 5 until your 70 is not what I want to do with my life. I want to be able to decide myself how I spend my time and not forever be constrained by an employer.
