My name is Rachel Peebles and I run Estrellas Brillantes (Shining Stars) Spanish classes

I have worked with children of all ages for 17 years, both in Glasgow and Bolivia, where I lived for 9 years, speaking Spanish every day, while working with children and families in a Christian community project that supported local families though health, sports and community work. When I came home from Boli

via in 2010, I worked at Women's Aid, supporting children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse. I am a qualified baby massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) and for the past 3+ years I have been teaching Spanish to children as a licencee with La Jolie Ronde and to adults with Language for Fun. I love Spanish and I love working with children, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to teach Spanish to babies, toddlers and school age children - to encourage them to love language learning and see that it can be fun, as well as useful and great for their development! Classes are run based on age/primary class, and each class will have similar aged children, with class size being limited to 12, to ensure that each child gets the attention they need to learn and grow. Classes are taught using games, songs, role play and interactive activities to engage children and keep things active and fun!
