Glasgow Hyrox Doubles…smashed it mate 👊
Best Hyrox partner I could’ve asked for. This guy’s got heart and I’m super proud of him - Francesco’s first Hyrox event too. 🇮🇹💪🏻
Definitely both felt like we’ve had more in the tank at the end. Next one is certain. This time under 1:10 🫵

Something I will always preach is balance because here’s the truth ⚖️…
Life’s too short to spend every holiday worrying about calories.🍦☀️
I didn’t track a single meal in Morocco.🙅♂️
I trained less.😎
I ate the food I loved - a LOT of it.🍰🍧😋
And I enjoyed it — properly.😎
When I’m old, instead of remembering tracking every calorie in Morocco, I’ll remember the amazing time I’ve had and living the experience to its fullest.🙌
I strongly believe that everything needs moderation - even moderation.🥑🍷
Because fitness isn’t about being in a calorie deficit 365 days a year.📆
It’s about having a body and mindset that lets you live.🫵
That means staying disciplined the majority of the time but equally importantly enjoying the fruits of your labour.🍇🍓

First time ever bouldering last night. Challenging my fear of heights. A base level of athleticism and knowing there is soft flooring that reduces fall impact certainly helps 😄👊🏻

I have been working with Suzanne for about 8 months and she is one of the hardest working women I know.💪
Initially doing double PT alongside her daughter, Suzanne wanted to develop her fitness levels, tone up and become strong and confident with her lifts.🏋️♀️
While already being in great shape to begin with, she has managed to go above and beyond, getting her body visibly toned from 72 to 67kg (replacing a lot of body fat with muscle and keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat).🥑
Professionally, Suzanne is a busy nurse and often works long hours and night shifts.😴
Despite that, she has not made any excuses and managed to incorporate exercise as part of her weekly routine while being on my programme.🙌
Suzanne is human and she also occasionally enjoys some nice food and a drink, but remains disciplined with her fitness routine.🗓️🍕🥂
