Giffnock class.car park is very busy at synagogue. Maybe park outside and walk in or try merryburn Ave.!

A horrendous night weather wise. Can I ask where possible wear outdoor shoes to arrive and then change for your workout ones! Keeps floors dry and less chance of a slip whilst working out!!!! See you soon.!!!

SCHOOLS ARE BACK….am I delighted to be going back to work…of course I love my job and let’s be honest way we all need routine which I’ve missed!

Loved spending time with my kids and family but looking forward to seeing all my clubbers back.

New tracks have been added and we are nailing them! So if you haven’t been in a while get back into it!!!

CANCELLATION NOTICE WED 21st JUNE

Hi everyone. I’ve made the decision to cancel Wednesdays session. The numbers are very low and a lot have confirmed they can’t make it due to holidays or nights out.

NOTE- all sessions booked will be credited back to your GymCatch account. I will process this tonight after work.

I hope you all have a great few weeks. I really look forward to recharging the batteries and coming back with some new tunes.

Get any song requests over to me! I will be quiet on socials in the next week so I can fully switch off but back in Full swing week beginning 15th July.

Giffnock class, I will give it until tomorrow to decide if this week will go ahead: numbers are low as quite a few messages to say they can’t make it due to end of term celebrations and holidays

Hi clubbers, so it’s the last week before the summer break. Looking forward to seeing you all.

Numbers were good in Netherlee but dropped at Giffnock last week. I know football was on and many maybe on holiday. However i do need to have a minimum number set for rhe class to run. It’s currently 12.

As I also know it’s the last day of term so families may be out . Can I ask my Wednesday Giffnock clubbers if you can book before Tuesday or just even send me a message to tell me if you can make it.

I would like to try and comfirm numbers before the class. For this week only.
