Everyone very tired at the end but kept pushing through to the kumtie training. ✅

Went outside for the solar eclipse but was rather disapointing. 🤣

Thank you WKKA England for having me this weekend. We must always find time to train karate, especially when there are obstacles!

Jim and Joe, you both taught me new techniques which I will train and practice in future classes. Thank you very much!

Jim, thank you for the hard training. We must be remind ourselves that we can endure and succeed even when times are difficult and painful, I felt this in training.👊🏻

International karate day! We did kata Saifa 100 times!💯🥋

Saifa I believe means something like “to completely pull apart / destroy” - a very fitting kata!💥🥵

We learned a new kata.

We learned about ourselves, our determination.

I learned people are power, energy. We helped each other continue, not to give up!👊🏻
