How it started vs how it's going. 😁

Every stone moved over from the full jar to the empty jar represents a task I completed to help grow my business. Now the empty jar is becoming the full one. This is less than 2 months. Just look at all those small tasks I did!

You can start with little to nothing and build up something very substantial in a very short time with good daily habits and tracking them like this creating a reward system for yourself.

Glenn Coaching

Glenn is amazing! I was completely addicted to chocolate, all sorts of sugary snacks, crisps and processed foods, especially take aways.

I wanted to change this and had failed many times in the past to get past 2 weeks of healthy eating and weightloss attempts because my cravings were so strong for this type of food and I'd be so hungry when I tried to quit this stuff even if I'd had a decent sized dinner. It was like my body didn't want to let the sugar and junk food go.

I did just ONE session with Glenn a month ago to stop this sugar & junk food addiction and change my habits and it has worked! I have not had a single sweet thing except bits of fruit for a month, no crisps or take aways or sugary drinks and ZERO cravings .

It's been a whole month now and I feel like a different person with different habits. I have lost 5lbs already.
Any time I've tried to lose weight before I've actually gained instead and been left very frustrated, which lead me to give up and order a takeaway to make myself feel better.

I'm now studying nutrition and eating things like avocado and tenderstem brocoli along with lots of other healthy things and I'm loving it.

New month! What are your goals for the week and month ahead? Do you find it important to set goals for yourself?
