There’s a specific kind of loneliness that comes from not being heard.

Not ignored. Not dismissed.

Just... not felt.

It’s the moment you finish speaking and something inside you knows - my words didnt find a home there.

Nobody said anything wrong but you leave feeling strangely alone.

Most of us know that feeling. I think we’ve k it’s happened to us all once.

What’s harder to sit with is this:

Sometimes, without knowing it, we’re creating that same feeling for others.

Not because we don’t care.

Because something is quietly getting in the way.

That’s what The Listening Effect is about.
