Important Notice: Road Safety and Parking Outside School
Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to remind all families about the importance of road safety outside our school. Recently, we have noticed cars being parked on kerbs and on the yellow zig-zag lines near the school gates. This creates a serious danger for our children and families as it blocks visibility, restricts safe crossing, and puts pedestrians at risk.
For the safety of all:
• Please do not park on zig-zag lines outside the school.
• Avoid stopping or parking on kerbs, pavements, or across driveways.
• Use designated parking areas and allow extra time for drop-off and pick-up.
• Encourage children to cross at safe points, not between parked cars.
We ask for your full cooperation in keeping our children safe. The safety of every child at Sacred Heart must always come first.
