THE BLETHER WALK 🚶‍♀️

LET THE FEET DO THE WALKING
AND THE MOUTHS DO THE TALKING.

The darker nights are coming in and for a lot of women that means walks get harder.

Not because we don’t want to get out.

Because going out on your own when it’s dark doesn’t always feel safe.

So I thought...

F**K IT. LET’S GO TOGETHER.

A free female only walking group where you can come along, walk with other women, have a blether, talk s**t and just enjoy being out.

Bring the dog.
Bring the pram.
Bring the kids.
Bring your pal.
Or come on your own and meet new people.

Maybe you’ve not managed your steps during the day.

Maybe you’re not getting up at 5am to walk before work.

Maybe the wee one has kept you up all night and getting out the house feels like an achievement in itself.

NONE OF THAT MATTERS.

You don’t need to hit 10,000 steps.

You don’t need to be fit.

You don’t need to walk fast.

You just need to get yourself out the door.

Because when the weather gets darker and colder, it’s so easy to stay in.

Then we move less.

We see less people.

We do less.

Our mood starts to dip.

And before you know it, you’re stuck in that fu***ng cycle.

THIS IS ABOUT BREAKING THAT.

Getting women together.

Getting outside.

Moving our bodies.

Having a laugh.

Meeting new people.

And knowing you’ve got a group of girls beside you.

45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR MAX.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No awkwardness.

Just women walking together.

THURSDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER
6:45PM
MEET AT THE BOLT ROOMS

Every age welcome.

Come as you are.

Girls gotta stick together ✨️
DM "BLETHER" and ill invite you into the BLETHER GROUP CHAT 💓

Shes 6 STONE DOWN ⚡️

And yes, the physical change is fu***ng incredible.

But this wasn’t some perfect little weight loss journey.

There have been ups and downs.

Setbacks.
Busy weeks.
Work.
Work trips.
Illness.
Celebrations, Weddings & Funerals.
Holidays.
Life getting in the way.

The list can go on & on..

She’s self employed. She has a life outside the gym. Things haven’t always gone to plan.

There have been weeks where she’s smashed it and weeks where she’s had to reset and get back into it.

That’s real life.

The difference is she didn’t throw the towel in every time things got difficult.

She kept coming back.

She kept making changes.

She kept working at it.

And over time, those small changes have added up to 6 STONE.

But honestly, the number on the scales isn’t even the bit that gets me.

It’s seeing the difference in her physically, mentally and in the way she carries herself.

THAT is what happens when you stop looking for perfect and start being consistent enough.

So let me call you out…

How long have you been saying “I’ll start when life calms down?”

Because life probably isn’t going to calm down.

You’ve got work.
Kids.
Holidays.
Stress.
Busy weeks.
S**t happens.

You don’t need a perfect life to get results.

You need to start.

And you need somewhere that helps you keep going when life gets in the way.

I’ve got 10 spaces left for my FINAL INTAKE OF 2026.

113 days left of the year.

Stop waiting for January 2027...
January 2026 has already been and gone 🙈 and your still trying to make the decision or find the time.

I lost my way for a while.
Over the past two weeks, I’ve spent around £150 on real self care. Actually investing in myself, my mind and my body.

If I’m honest, I haven’t really been connecting with myself this year.
I stopped my morning meditation, breathwork, card pulls, crystals and making time for my mind and body.

I just… stopped.
Without airing my laundry, 2026 has been a really difficult year.

A few days after collecting the keys to The BOLT Rooms, Boston passed away.
My first ever dog. My baby. My world.

Then came our final IUI 🤞🏼, followed by miscarriage and another 25 week waiting list.

We also lost our queen, Jean 🤍

The first 4 to 6 months of this year felt like loss, grief and heartache.
But we still had to keep going.
We still had work, clients, bills and a business to run.

No one really saw the pain we were carrying behind the scenes.

Recently, I just knew my body was struggling. I needed to reconnect with myself.

I reached out to my good friend Justine and asked her to pick up on my vibe and help me 😂
We did sound healing and reiki, and she told me I was completely disconnected.

Which… I already knew.

I then booked womb healing with Kayleigh, first time getting acupuncture.

Then on Friday, one of my gorgeous clients invited me to a women’s circle at Zeal. Reiki, connection and a room full of women I didn’t know.

When I sat down, I chose the seat with the pregnancy crystal.
It just felt right.
Like a little sign.

I finally got my cards back out too, and suddenly everything started to feel like it was coming together again.
The signs were there. I just needed to slow down enough to see them.

Being 34 and still not having a baby is hard.
Watching people around you have babies before you is hard. Not because I’m jealous. But because sometimes you can’t help but wonder... when will it be us?

Our journey isn’t as simple as having s*x and getting pregnant. We have to wait. We have to ask for help. We have to go through treatment, waiting lists and heartbreak.

And sometimes, that is fu***ng hard.
But I’m finding my way back to myself.
Back to my mind.
Back to my body.
Back to my intuition.

I guess I just need to trust the process✨️

Did you feel embarrassed when you saw the blood stains?
Did it make you feel awkward?

Well it shouldn't!

We talk about women’s health. We talk about periods. But we don’t always talk about the actual things that happen when we take our period.

Bleeding through your pants.
Waking up to blood on the bed.
Being at work and realising you’ve bled through.
The panic. The frustration. The embarrassment.

We don’t showcase these moments.

And I think that’s part of the problem.

Because periods aren’t always predictable. Our hormones change, our cycles change, contraception can change our bleeding, and conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS can affect how we bleed.

Sometimes you genuinely don’t know when it’s going to happen.

And we cannot completely control it.

It happens to women. It’s natural.

So why are we so ashamed of it?

These are the realities of women’s health too.

We need to stop hiding the parts that make us uncomfortable and start talking about them.

Because bleeding through your pants shouldn’t be a source of shame.

It’s a normal part of something millions of women experience and go through every single day!
It’s time we treated it that way. And stop feeling embarressed for things you cannot control and importantly NEVER feel embarressed when picking up your pads, tampons, cups etc when walking through the shops. Its not shameful and its something we DO NOT need to hide.

To the women who experience this often and think you are alone.... YOUR NOT. I'm here with you, like to many.

The more we talk about it, the less taboo it becomes.

Tell me your story in the comments below or DM me....
Lets share the REAL STORY & show what we go through together ⚡️✨️

This might lose me followers, but someone has to tell the truth ☕️

Lets get real.

You do not have time to waste. Yet every day, the internet tells you to starve yourself on low calories, panic over whether you drank your protein shake, and waste your precious 45 minutes of gym time doing 300 kickbacks on a pink mat.

What a lot of s**te and it is keeping you small, exhausted, and frustrated because your not seeing any change... sound familiar?

Your body is not a machine that responds to guilt.
It responds to physics and biology, unfortunately especially for us woman.

If you are stressed out, under eating, and terrified of carbs, you are making it so much harder to build muscle, no matter how many supplements you buy from influencers who don’t have kids, a career, or a real life 👀 .... look at who you take advice from.

Stop punishing yourself with endless diets, trying to burn as many calories as you can in session or showing up to the gym when your probably on your phone more than training.

Start eating real wholesome homemade food.
Eat your carbs. Lift heavy things with actual intent, two or three days a week, and give it more than two weeks before you quit. Because lets be honest, quiting is easy ....

Swipe through the slides to see why your current routine is a waste of your time.

Drop me a comment if this has offended you 😂 or if you’re finally ready to stop being lied to ⚡️

A morning of big lifts, with these beautiful girls ⚡️

I have worked with these girls through different chapter of their lives; pregancy, weight loss, confidence, self esteem, womens health, mental health & the list goes on.

We have overcame the love/hate relationship with deadlifts...
to no longer having the fear of the bar falling on you...
Or feeling you need the box behind you "just incase"

What all the girls have achieved in the Bolt rooms this month has been nothing short of incrediable.
I listened to what was going on in each and everyone of the girls lifes, and i created a programme that I knew would work with their bodies, rather than against it.

Because when your telling your coach you don't have the time, then it's MY JOB to create that time for what is NEEDED within your training.

& tbh being big headed here, thats what a GOOD COACH is.
A coach that listens, and adapts, not a session designed around my expectations of you, or just my style of training.

You cant continue to progress if you don't work on the small stuff 👀 the small stuff is more important than the big lifts....

But today, the BIG LIFTS ARE EVERYTHINGGG🔥
And I couldn't be prouder of everyone ⚡️

If you want an insight into what our female only community is about, then DM me lets chat & see if this is the right fit for you 💓⚡️

Fitness shouldn't feel unaffordable or unrealstic.

I hear it all the time…

"I want to train, but I can't commit to the same days every week and my weeks change constantly"

So for August, for the first time, I am oopening 4 flexible 1-1 spaces for women who need training to fit around their life.

8 x 1-1 sessions to:
• Learn how to train with confidence
• Build a personalised strength with a plan made around you.
• Work around injuries, restrictions and your goals.
• Understand how to train when life gets busy.

Plus nutrition guidance and support throughout and a beautiful community of women to cheer you on.

£175 for August - ITS AN INVESTMENT.

The goal? To help you feel confident, stronger and ready to step into SGPT when the time is right ⚡️

DM AUGUST to secure your space ✨️

As we get older, our lives change.

The people around us change. Our priorities change. Our journeys become different.

We outgrow people, and sometimes people outgrow us.

And nobody really prepares you for that.

Especially as women.

Your 30s can be such a strange time. Watching friendships change. Seeing people’s lives move in different directions. Becoming a mum. Building a career. Trying to figure out where you fit.

I’ve had so many conversations recently with women who feel this.

Women who feel like they’re changing, but don’t know where they fit anymore.

Women who are realising the friendships they once had don’t look the same.

Women who thought life would look completely different by this point.

And I get it.

I thought I would have been a mum by now. I thought certain parts of my life would look different.

But life isn’t meant to be one straight path.

Our lives are books.

And every chapter teaches us something.

Some chapters are long. Some chapters are unexpected. Some chapters are painful. Some chapters are exciting.

But chapters have to close for new ones to begin.

And closing a chapter doesn’t mean it wasn’t important.

It doesn’t mean you failed. It doesn’t mean you lost yourself.

It means you’re growing.

The biggest strength isn’t just what we can do physically.

It’s allowing yourself time to adjust. Time to accept change. Time to be okay with a different path. Time to understand that people changing doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

Sometimes people are just growing in different directions.

This is the part of coaching people don’t always see.

The conversations before and after sessions. The support. The women opening up about life, friendships, confidence, and everything in between.

Yes, we train.

But it’s so much more than that.

It’s having a space where women can feel supported, understood and reminded that they’re not behind.

They’re just writing a different chapter.

And every chapter matters. 🤍

If this resognates with you, please know your not alone & our door is always open and welcome ✨️⚡️

An insight into August ⚡️

I listened to a lot of my clients over June & July and noticed everyone was feeling very similar.
Feeling tight. Needing to stretch. Sore backs. Feeling a bit all over the place.

And that was one thing that kept coming up constantly. So that’s what I wanted to bring into August Block.

More movement. Working on those smaller muscle groups. Finding our technique again. Stripping things back. Stretching. Realigning. Getting centred again.

Because August is such a transitional month.

The kids are going back to school. The holidays are coming to an end and we’re slowly heading into autumn and winter, where we’re all looking for a bit of clarity and routine again.

And as women, sometimes we lose ourselves a wee bit and wonder where we’ve gone.

But this block isn’t about finding yourself again.
It’s about resetting. Realigning. And taking that next step in your journey.

Building strength. Building community. Building a stronger you.
